Exotica Beach Retreats is a luxury hotel, located right next to one of the finest virgin beaches on the Konkan Coast. Blessed by nature, the property boasts a serene location, with a river flowing on one side & the sea on the other, making our property a very exclusive retreat. Being surrounded by nature & away from the city’s monotony, our retreat provides our guests with much needed peace & tranquility. Exotica Beach Retreats is a 3.5 hour drive away from Pune and a 4.5 hour drive away from Mumbai, which makes the property your ideal weekend getaway. Our Retreat is endowed with an abundance of different species of birds & flowers in various hues. Exotica Beach Retreats has its own farm, producing a wide assortment of vegetables & fruits, which is used in our restaurant. From Lily Ponds with Koi fishes, to private sit-out areas exclusively for our guests, we promise to make you feel closer to nature.
